Victor spent the first 12 years of his career primarily in the Utility Construction Industry. He worked as a laborer, a foreman, and also served as Executive Director of Safety, Training and Claims. He specialized in Regulatory Compliance, Loss Control, and Claims Management.
In 1998, Victor graduated Class Captain and Valedictorian from the MCCC Municipal Police Academy. He served as a Patrol Officer and a Criminal Detective through 2005. He was a Firearms Instructor and a DARE Officer in local schools. He received the following awards:
In 2006, Victor took office as Magisterial District Judge for 23-3-03 in Berks County where he is currently serving his second term of office. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from St. Leo University in Florida with a degree in Criminal Justice, and later earned his J.D. degree from the Widener Law School in Harrisburg. He is a member of the PA Bar and the Berks County Bar Associations.
